Our three specialist merchant businesses offer exceptional service to customers in a way that is uniquely tailored to their individual needs and markets. Each of the three businesses and the TF Solutions opportunity in BSS has a clear growth opportunity based on a combination of four elements:

The potential for collaboration between the Travis Perkins General Merchant and Toolstation will provide better and more convenient solutions to trade customers. The Group is in the early stages of exploring how to best combined the strengths of these two businesses to offer an even better service to customers. Trial activity is underway with Travis Perkins customers now able to buy an extended range for home delivery, fulfilled by Toolstation.
